Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or a refund.

To initiate a return request, just email our support team at lirangrooming@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package.

Please note: any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defect, damage, or receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make things right.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

1. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unopened, in the same condition as when you received it, and still inside its original packaging. Refund eligibility is outlined below.

2. Return shipping labels are available only for domestic orders within the USA. International buyers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
