How long does delivery usually take?

Where do you ship from?
We operate our own warehouses in the United States and Southeast Asia, and your package will typically be shipped from the nearest warehouse.
How can I track my order?
If you have completed your order and provided your email address, we will send the tracking number to your email as soon as we ship your package. Please be sure to check your inbox.
My tracking status shows “delivered”, but I haven’t received my package.
Carriers sometimes mark your package as delivered prematurely. Please contact the carrier in question.
